Everyone’s favorite Orange Popsicle returns! Made up of 70% Pinot Gris grown at the highest reaches of the Willamette Valley at 1000ft elevation in the Chehalem Mountains. This amazing site allows for sugar ripeness and physiological ripeness to move in tandem resulting in structural balance, softer tannins, and complex flavor development. 

The remaining 30% is a field blend of various Burgundian clones of Chardonnay grown in the Eola-Amity Hills that stack on elegance and freshness to the wine’s already stunning Gris base.

With varying degrees of skin contact across both varietals, ranging from 24 hours up to three weeks, the light orange color is vibrant in glass. 

Aged in a mixture of stainless steel and large format, neutral French oak barrels for five months.
