It’s no secret I come from a big Italian family. I often joke about the bevy of free opinions offered when I first started the brand (“Call it Tommy’s Wine!”). In 2021, I had the opportunity to work with a locally grown version of an Italian grape called Dolcetto. It was all sold through my favorite Italian delicacy shop back in Philadelphia. Turned out so well, I decided to make some for myself in 2022.

Sourced from a single site in the Eola-Amity Hills, destemmed, and limited skin maceration to make for a lighter, prettier expression of the traditionally fuller structured Italian counterparts.
