In 2021, I made a wine called “Piume” that was founded in pure curiosity. My intention was to make an elegant expression of a traditionally heartier varietal and build some exciting tension in the blend (If you’ve been following along, you’ll note these are my favorite buzz words and attributes to any wine).

The 2022 “Brezza” (Italian for “breeze”) continues that trend towards levity and grace. This is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 35% Syrah. All three are distinct, yet come together for such a beautiful concert of aromatics and flavor.

Sourced from a combination of Walla Walla AVA, Rocks District AVA and Eola-Amity Hills AVA vineyards.
